Raises the "maximum fine" threshold for automatic case transfer from Justice of the Peace Court or Alderman's Court to Court of Common Pleas from $15 to $100.

Preserves the automatic right to transfer any criminal case where there is a possibility that a period of incarceration could be imposed, regardless of fine amount.

Cases with multiple offenses all within exclusive jurisdiction of Justice of the Peace Court or Alderman's Court remain in those lower courts.

Cases with multiple offenses where at least one offense falls within Court of Common Pleas jurisdiction allow the higher court to exercise concurrent jurisdiction over the entire case.
