Requires all State governmental entities to have the Delaware Code available electronically instead of requiring printed copies.

State agencies must annually certify to the Director of Government Support Services by September how many printed copies of the Delaware Code they need and justify why.

Legislative Council remains responsible for budgeting funds to provide the current standard allocation of Delaware Code copies and supplements to agencies.

Any printed copies of the Delaware Code beyond the current standard allocation become the financial responsibility of the requesting agency.

Special orders for individual titles of the Delaware Code remain the responsibility of each requesting agency.

Effective date: July 1, 2011.
