Raises the age limit for children to be covered under their parent's health insurance from 24 to 26 years old in Delaware Code Title 18, sections 3354 and 3570.

Removes certain subsection provisions (designated as "c.") and redesignates remaining subsections in the affected insurance coverage sections.

Makes the act's provisions null and void if the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111-148) is declared unconstitutional by the U.S. Supreme Court.
