Amends three sections of Delaware Code (§2601(b)(5), §4601(b)(5), and §6902(b)(5)) relating to roadside stands by adding lettering designations to existing provisions.

Adds a new option allowing roadside stands to sell products grown or produced on local regional farms, in addition to the existing requirement that products be from the farm operation itself.

Restructures the existing regulatory requirements within these sections by redesignating current subparagraphs a., b., c., and d. as i., ii., iii., and iv. respectively.
