Expand polling place requirements to include facilities owned or leased by agencies, subdivisions, or recipients of state funding exceeding $10,000 in the preceding two years to provide necessary utilities and services.

Allow voters providing constant care to a parent, spouse, or child at home due to illness, disability, or injury to vote by absentee ballot.

Permit eligible absentee voters to request electronic transmission of ballots and return them electronically under the procedures in §5525.

Extend the validity of Federal Postcard Applications (FPCA) through December 31st of the year following the last general election, or for the specific duration stated by the voter if they indicate their absence period.
