Rename the Women's Treatment Center to the "Hazel D. Plant Women's Treatment Facility" in honor of Representative Hazel D. Plant.

Place appropriate signage on the building reflecting the new name.

Honors Plant's service as a state representative for more than ten years, including her work on the State Labor Committee and House Corrections Committee.

Recognizes Plant's dedication to women's issues, criminal justice reform, and empowerment programs for incarcerated women, including her creation of a women's quilting club at the treatment center.

Plant died on November 24, 2010, and was known for annually touring all Department of Corrections facilities and advocating for legislation benefiting incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals.
