Requires lobbyists to disclose to the State Public Integrity Commission the names and addresses of all nonprofit organizations, civic associations, community associations, foundations, maintenance organizations, and trade groups incorporated in Delaware and/or having Delaware activities of which the lobbyist serves as a council or board member.

Adds this disclosure requirement as a new subsection (c) to Title 29, Section 5832 of the Delaware Code regarding lobbyist registration.

Mandates that the Commission record these nonprofit board and council memberships in the official lobbyist docket alongside existing employment and legislative subject matter information.

Directs the Commission to furnish copies of each entry in the lobbyist docket, including the new board membership disclosures, to the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives, Secretary of the Senate, Governor, and state agency heads upon request.
