Eliminates outdated references to §2517(c)(2) of Title 29 in four sections of Title 6 (Delaware's consumer protection law) and replaces them with references to "Subchapter II of Chapter 25" of Title 29.

Updates §522(a) to clarify that the Attorney General may bring enforcement actions under the correct statutory provision for consumer protection violations.

Updates §527(a), (b), and (c) to properly reference the statutory basis for the Consumer Protection Fund, which receives settlement proceeds from consumer fraud and antitrust actions with a $300,000 annual cap.

Updates §809 to clarify that enforcement of consumer protection violations falls under the Division of Consumer Protection's authority under the correct statutory reference.

Takes effect upon enactment; constitutes a technical clarification with no substantive changes to consumer protection law, following the 2010 reorganization of Chapter 25 of Title 29.
