• Director of the Division of Public Health shall create a "Yellow Dot" medical information alert program to inform emergency medical service providers, police, firefighters, and other emergency responders of vital medical information during emergencies.

• Yellow dot folders containing vital personal and medical information (name, address, photograph, emergency contact phone numbers, medical history, allergies, medications and dosages, and doctor names and phone numbers) shall be kept in vehicle glove compartments.

• Yellow dot stickers shall be placed in the lower left corner of vehicle rear windows to alert emergency personnel that medical information is available in the glove compartment.

• Act becomes effective 180 days after enactment.
