Amends Delaware Code Title 29, Section 5916 to expand eligibility for hazardous duty pay to include employees in the Delaware judicial branch serving in security-related or high-risk positions.

Judicial employees eligible for hazardous duty pay must be designated by the Chief Justice based on the security needs of each court.

Funding for judicial hazardous duty pay comes from the Court Security Fund established under Delaware Code Title 10, Section 8505.

Casual seasonal judicial employees performing the same duties as eligible permanent employees are also entitled to hazardous duty pay, prorated based on actual hours worked.

Maintains existing eligibility for hazardous duty pay among employees of the Department of Correction, Delaware Psychiatric Center (criminally insane programs), and Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families (youth facilities).
