Requires health insurance policies (individual, group, and blanket) issued or renewed on or after January 1, 2013, to provide coverage for orally administered anticancer medications used to treat cancer.

Mandates that insurers apply the lower cost sharing amount (copays, coinsurance, deductibles) between prescription drug benefits and intravenous or injected anticancer medications for covered oral anticancer drugs.

Prohibits insurers from varying policy terms, offering incentives to avoid compliance, penalizing healthcare practitioners, or increasing cost sharing for anticancer medications to achieve compliance with this requirement.

Permits insurers to require prior authorization for anticancer treatments and does not require coverage for anticancer medications not otherwise covered by the policy.

Applies the same coverage requirements to both individual policies (Chapter 33) and group/blanket policies (Chapter 35) of Title 18 of the Delaware Code under "The Delaware Cancer Treatment Access Act."
