• Establishes an Emergency Medical Services for Children (EMSC) program within the Office of Emergency Medical Services to address pediatric-specific emergency care needs including protocols, training, and hospital standards.

• Adds the EMSC Advisory Committee Chair (or Program Manager) as a member of the Delaware Emergency Medical Services Oversight Council.

• Creates the EMSC Advisory Committee with 18 representative members including pediatric physicians, emergency nurses, firefighters, EMS directors, hospital associations, and three lay parent representatives from each county.
