Removes the requirement that Sussex County's Board of Assessment Review must sit for a minimum of 15 days in March each year to hear property assessment appeals.

Allows Sussex County to schedule assessment appeals by appointment through the Sussex County Assessment Division rather than requiring a fixed 15-day session.

Gives Sussex County government direct authority to administer the Board of Assessment appeals process according to local needs.

Maintains the Board's function to hear appeals from property owners regarding property assessments and make necessary corrections to the assessment roll during March.
