Establishes a Home Of The Brave Foundation Fund allowing Delaware taxpayers to voluntarily designate $1.00 or more as a donation on their income tax returns.

Taxpayers can either deduct donations from their tax refunds or add donations to their tax payments owed to the State.

Division of Revenue shall forward all designated amounts to the Home Of The Brave Foundation, which deposits funds into the dedicated account.

Home Of The Brave Foundation must submit periodic financial reports to the Delaware State Clearinghouse Committee detailing revenues, expenditures, and program measures.

The Home Of The Brave Foundation is a non-profit organization that assists homeless veterans through shelter, vocational counseling, psychotherapy, and substance abuse treatment referrals.
