Adds Section 129 to Title 10 establishing that law clerks for the Delaware Supreme Court hold major, non-tenured advisory positions and authorizing the Supreme Court to appoint and remove law clerks as needed.

Replaces Section 329 to establish uniform language for Court of Chancery law clerks as major, non-tenured advisory positions with appointment and removal at the Court's discretion.

Replaces Section 523 to establish uniform language for Superior Court law clerks as major, non-tenured advisory positions with appointment and removal at the Court's discretion.

Adds Section 916 establishing that Family Court law clerks hold major, non-tenured advisory positions with appointment and removal at the Court's discretion.

Adds Section 1310 establishing that Court of Common Pleas law clerks hold major, non-tenured advisory positions with appointment and removal at the Court's discretion.
