Prohibits licensure of applicants convicted of felony sexual offenses and requires all licensed clinical social workers to renew criminal background checks every 10 years.

Mandates permanent revocation of licenses for clinical social workers convicted of felony sexual offenses.

Creates duty for licensed clinical social workers to report within 30 days to the Division of Professional Regulation when they have reasonable belief that another healthcare provider has engaged in conduct grounds for discipline or is unable to safely practice.

Provides immunity from civil or criminal liability for those making good faith reports under this section, with the burden on complainants to prove gross or wanton negligence.
