Explicitly excludes clubs, associations, and private individuals engaged in put-and-take hunting operations from Sunday operating privileges.

Exempts commercial game preserve operations from Delaware's existing hunting restrictions that prohibit Sunday activities, including trapping and fox hunting.

Allows Sunday operations only for commercial facilities to enable them to compete with similar operations in neighboring states.
