Notes that tobacco use claims 1,100 lives and costs $284 million in annual health care bills in Delaware, with 14.9% of high school students smoking

Encourages Delaware citizens to join the Police Athletic League of Delaware, local schools, and community groups in promoting youth-led efforts to combat tobacco use

Acknowledges that health fairs and educational events will be held on March 21 to teach participants about cigarette ingredients and real-life consequences of smoking
