Designates June 23, 2011, as "AKA Day at the Capital" in Delaware to recognize Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Acknowledges Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority's founding 103 years ago on January 15, 1908, at Howard University as the first Greek-lettered organization established by and for African American college-educated women.

Recognizes the sorority's 260,000 global members and commitment to "Service to all Mankind," particularly in the African American community.

Honors the civic contributions of the Delaware chapters (Zeta Omega, Epsilon Iota Omega, and Sigma Zeta Omega) including community programs for young leaders, clothing drives, voter registration campaigns, and health care initiatives.
