Notes that 110,255 workers suffered fatal work injuries between 1992 and 2009 (excluding September 11th attacks).

Highlights that the AFL-CIO estimates more than 700,000 workers suffer from repetitive strain injuries annually, the nation's biggest job safety problem.

Calls for stronger safety and health protections, better standards and enforcement, and fair compensation for workplace injuries.

Directs copies of the resolution to be presented to the AFL-CIO and Delaware's Secretary of Labor.
