Recognizes the 30th anniversary of the CAI/Easter Seals Volleyball Challenge scheduled for March 18-20, 2011.

Acknowledges Easter Seals' more than 60 years of providing services to people with disabilities and special needs, serving over 24,000 individuals in Delaware and Maryland's Eastern Shore in 2010 alone.

Notes the Volleyball Challenge has raised $2.5 million since 2001 to support physical, occupational, and speech therapies, employment services, assistive technology, and Camp Fairlee Manor operations.

Indicates the 2011 event aimed to register 200 teams with over 2,000 total participants.
