Authorizes boards, commissions, committees, and councils under Delaware Code Title 29, Section 8735(a) to delegate permit and license issuance authority to the Director of the Division of Professional Regulation or a designee.

Permits must be issued administratively according to written criteria mutually agreed upon between the delegating entity and the Director.

Aims to streamline the permit and license issuance process while maintaining regulatory control within the appropriate professional oversight bodies.

Aligns with previously granted authority to the Director regarding bingo and charitable gambling event licensing.
