Amends Delaware Code Title 29, Section 10128 to add subsection (g) governing professional licensing boards and commissions under Titles 23, 24, and 28

Allows written decisions and orders from professional licensing boards to be issued under the signature of only the board/commission President or other officer, rather than requiring a quorum of members to sign

Applies to disciplinary decisions issued by professional licensing boards and commissions listed in Section 10161(a)

Eliminates the previous requirement that multiple board members sign off on decisions that were already approved by a quorum
