Adds members of the Office of the State Fire Marshall to the definition of "police officer" under Delaware Code Title 11, Section 191(a)

Grants State Fire Marshall members statewide police authority equivalent to other certified law enforcement officers listed in the statute

Applies to State Fire Marshall members who hold current certification from the Council on Police Training as required under Chapter 84 of Delaware Code

Recognizes that State Fire Marshalls already perform police officer duties and this amendment formalizes their legal authority across the state
