• Mandates electronic registration and filing of all lobbyist documents with the Commission, replacing prior physical filing requirements.

• Reduces the timeframe for reporting changes to lobbyist registration information from 10 business days to 5 business days.

• Requires quarterly electronic financial reports by the 20th day following each calendar quarter detailing expenditures on food, entertainment, lodging, travel over 100 miles, recreation, and gifts provided to state officials and General Assembly members.

• Establishes that reports shall be posted online organized by bill, resolution, regulation, lobbyist, employer, and subject matter, and distributed electronically to General Assembly members at least weekly during legislative sessions.
