Amends § 10008 of Title 16 of the Delaware Code to clarify liability protections for 9-1-1 service providers.

Extends existing limitation of liability language to explicitly cover 9-1-1 services utilizing Internet Protocol or other next generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1) technologies.

Maintains that providers are protected from civil liability except in cases of gross negligence or intentional torts, regardless of whether service uses traditional or next generation technology.

Does not expand the scope of existing protections but updates statutory language to reflect current technology used in 9-1-1 service delivery.
