Establishes the "Liane Sorenson Act" requiring all school districts and charter schools serving grades 7-12 to develop and implement policies addressing teen dating violence and sexual assault.

Mandates policies include definitions, mandatory reporting guidelines, incident response protocols, victim support procedures, and perpetrator intervention procedures.

Requires administrators, school nurses, and school counselors in grades 7-12 schools to receive training on teen dating violence and sexual assault policies during their first year and at least once every three years thereafter, provided by the Delaware Domestic Violence Coordinating Council.

Requires schools to integrate comprehensive healthy relationships programming based on Delaware Department of Education health standards into health education classes and to distribute policies annually to students, parents, faculty, and staff.

Provides immunity from liability for school employees, volunteers, and students who report teen dating violence or sexual assault in good faith using school procedures, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
