Prohibits all members of the General Assembly from being employed by the State of Delaware while serving in office or for one year after leaving office.

Exempts members who were already State employees at the time they were elected to the General Assembly or became State employees prior to enactment of this law.

Clarifies that service in the General Assembly alone does not constitute employment by the State of Delaware.

Applies prospectively only, meaning the restriction takes effect upon enactment and does not apply retroactively to existing arrangements.
