Prohibits hunting or attempting to hunt any wild bird or wild animal at nighttime using any artificial light or devices that amplify light using a power source, including night vision and infrared devices.

Establishes that possession of firearms or implements in a motor vehicle with artificial lights or light-amplifying devices while hunting is prima facie evidence of illegal nighttime hunting.

Allows raccoons and opossums to be hunted on foot or while riding on horse or mule at nighttime during open season using dogs and/or artificial lights.

Permits frog hunting on foot or from a boat at nighttime during open season using artificial lights.
