Amend Title 3, Chapter 82, Section 8204(d)(2) to require veterinarians to specify the manufacturer's specifications for the duration of immunity of the rabies vaccine on vaccination certificates.

Veterinarians must certify revaccination dates according to either the Compendium or as mandated by Delaware State law.

Rabies vaccination certificates must include the veterinarian's address, telephone number, and state license number, with legible signatures required.

Veterinarians must maintain copies of vaccination certificates for a minimum of 12 months after the effective expiration date of the vaccination.
