Expands the definition of persons authorized to assist students with self-administered medications to include coaches and persons hired or contracted by schools serving kindergarten through grade 12 students.

Extends medication assistance authority beyond school field trips to include approved school activities outside the traditional school day and off-campus activities.

Requires completion of a Board of Nursing approved training course developed by the Delaware Department of Education for educators, coaches, and hired/contracted school personnel assisting with medications.

Amends Section 1921(a)(17) of Title 24, Delaware Code.
