Add requirement that dentist and dental hygienist applicants have not been convicted of a felony sexual offense as a condition for licensure under §1122(c)(4).

Establish three new grounds for disciplinary action against licensed dentists and dental hygienists: conviction of a felony sexual offense, failure to report child abuse or neglect as required by law, and failure to report to the Division of Professional Regulation as required.

Mandate permanent revocation of dentistry or dental hygiene licenses for persons convicted of a felony sexual offense.

Create §1131A establishing a duty for all licensed dentists and dental hygienists to report to the Division of Professional Regulation within 30 days when they become aware of conduct by other healthcare providers that would constitute grounds for discipline or inability to practice safely.

Provide immunity from civil or criminal liability for persons reporting in good faith under §1131A unless they act with gross or wanton negligence.
