Amends Delaware Code Title 24, Section 1773(c)(1) to expand grounds for disciplinary action against physician assistants by the Board and Regulatory Council for Physician Assistants.

Requires physician assistants to report in writing to the Board within 30 days of becoming aware of any physician, physician assistant, or healthcare provider engaged in unprofessional conduct or unable to safely practice due to physical, mental, or emotional illness, incompetence, or excessive drug or alcohol use.

Mandates revocation of a physician assistant's license if convicted of a felony sexual offense.

Establishes that disciplinary proceedings for physician assistants follow the same procedures as those for physicians, with hearing panels consisting of 2 physician assistant members and 1 physician or pharmacist member when practicable.

Grants immunity from civil or criminal liability to persons reporting violations in good faith without gross or wanton negligence, with good faith presumed unless proven otherwise.
