Creates special license plates for paramedics employed by Sussex County, Kent County, or New Castle County governments.

Eligible vehicles limited to private passenger vehicles or trucks and vans with three-fourths ton or less manufacturer's rated capacity.

Applicants must possess official documentation proving employment as a paramedic and obtain county government certification.

Original application requires a $10 administrative fee deposited into a special fund for Motor Vehicles Division administration; no additional annual fees beyond standard registration.

Special plates are forfeited upon paramedic's death (within 90 days) or upon termination of county employment, with the Department immediately revoking plates upon receiving notification of job separation.
