Adds new subsection (e) to Delaware Code Title 21, Section 4112A to permit emergency vehicles to use traffic control preemption devices when returning to their assigned duty stations.

Allows vehicles identified in paragraphs (2) and (3) of subsection (d) to operate preemption devices only to affect traffic signals that provide direct access to their duty stations' entranceways or driveways.

Amends subsections (b) and (c) of Section 4112A to reference the new subsection (e) alongside existing subsection (d) provisions.

Specifically enables emergency vehicles such as fire trucks to use signal preemption technology when returning to fire stations.
