Allows certificates to have effective dates up to 180 days after filing (for filings on or after January 1, 2012) and permits correction of erroneously filed certificates of cancellation.

Clarifies procedures for simultaneous filing of multiple certificates during domestication and conversion transactions, requiring matching effective dates when applicable.

Establishes a $50 filing fee for amendments that change only the registered office or registered agent, and implements $2.00 per-entity fees when a registered agent resigns from multiple partnerships in a single filing.
