Recognizes and acknowledges vital disability services provided by Delaware State University, the University of Delaware, and Delaware Technical and Community College to students with documented disabilities under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act of 2008.

Encourages these three institutions to continue improving and broadening disability services and accommodations to enable full student participation.

Specifies that reasonable accommodations may include reading and writing services, alternate testing, sign-language interpreting, reduced credit hours, alternative format textbooks, classroom seating priority, academic counseling, and equal access to tutoring.

Affirms institutional commitment to tailoring services and academic adjustments to meet individual student needs, recognizing that each disability manifests differently.

Requires students to disclose their disability to request accommodations and mandates institutions notify relevant parties about available services and approved accommodations.
