Designates February 6, 2012 as "Ronald Reagan Day" in Delaware to commemorate the 101st anniversary of his birth and the eighth anniversary of his death.

Recognizes Ronald Reagan's service as the 40th President of the United States, including his 1984 electoral victory in 49 of 50 states.

Honors Reagan's bipartisan approach to restoring accountability and common sense to government, which led to economic expansion and job creation.

Acknowledges Reagan's social policy agenda addressing crime and drug use, commitment to strengthening the armed forces, and advancement of American values.

Urges all Delaware citizens to recognize and participate in observing Ronald Reagan Day, with a copy of the resolution to be presented to Nancy Reagan.
