Commends 108 students selected as Secretary of Education Scholars of 2012 from Delaware public high schools for distinguished academic achievement and leadership.

Recognizes students from 22 school districts and 4 charter schools across Delaware, including traditional public schools, vocational-technical schools, and charter institutions.

Acknowledges the contributions of Delaware educators and the support from families and communities that enabled these students' accomplishments.

Directs the Secretary of Education to distribute copies of the resolution to all students chosen for this honor.
