Creates a special license plate for members of the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) in Delaware.

Eligible vehicle owners must present official IAFF membership documentation to the Department of Motor Vehicles to apply for the special plate.

Applies only to private passenger vehicles, trucks with three-quarter ton or less manufacturer's rated capacity, or vans with three-quarter ton or less manufacturer's rated capacity.

Original application requires a $10 administrative fee deposited into a special fund for promoting the plate and administering the program; no additional annual fees required beyond standard registration fees.

Only one special IAFF plate may be issued per applicant, and plates shall include the letters "IAFF" followed by consecutive numbering beginning with (1).
