Establishes a 6-year statute of limitations for actions related to errors or omissions in land surveys or survey products, measured from the date of the survey.

Alternatively allows actions to be brought within 3 years after discovery of the error or omission, whichever period expires first.

Excludes actions based on gross negligence from this limitation period, which remain subject to other applicable limitations in Delaware law.

Applies to any person who performs, furnishes, or creates land surveys or survey products regardless of whether the action is based on contract, tort, or other grounds.

Becomes effective upon enactment.
