Consolidates separate contraband interdiction funds at individual correctional facilities into a single Confiscated Contraband Interdiction Fund administered by the Bureau Chief of Prisons.

Expands fund sources to include proceeds from auctions or commercial sales of confiscated property, in addition to confiscated money.

Broadens allowable uses of fund from specific purposes (canine unit, equipment investigation) to any legitimate correctional investigatory or security operations within the Bureau of Prisons.

Centralizes fund approval and disbursement authority with the Bureau Chief of Prisons instead of individual facility support services managers and wardens.

Requires Bureau Chief of Prisons to submit itemized annual reports to the Commissioner of Correction by July 31 detailing all requests and expenditures; excess funds over $10,000 must be deposited into the General Fund.
