Removes outdated language from Title 25 of the Delaware Code regarding the Delaware Manufactured Home Relocation Authority's assessment fee provisions.

Eliminates the requirement that if the Board of Directors did not adopt an adjusted assessment on or before January 31, 2006, the board must eliminate fees entirely.

Retains the board's authority to set a $3.00 monthly assessment per rented lot in manufactured home communities and to adjust, eliminate, or reinstate the assessment as needed.

The removed language is no longer relevant because the Authority has already complied with the January 31, 2006 deadline.
