Establishes exclusive jurisdiction in the Justice of the Peace Court for possession actions involving agricultural leases, with the court located in the county where the property is situated.

Provides that when agricultural lease property spans multiple counties, jurisdiction lies in the county where the majority of the property is located.

Allows service of process to be delivered by either personal service under Justice of the Peace Court Civil Rules or certified mail with return receipt requested.

Eliminates any requirement to post property to effect service of process, unless personal service and certified mail methods have first failed.
