Clarifies that Justice of the Peace Court, Court of Common Pleas, and Superior Court all have jurisdiction to temporarily revoke bail on an original offense when a person is charged with a subsequent offense, regardless of which court the original case is pending in.

Adds a fourth bail release option allowing defendants to be released on execution of a cash personal appearance bond with an amount determined by the court.

Makes grammatical corrections to section 2104 of Title 11 by adding semicolons and the word "or" to clarify the four distinct bail release methods available.

Intended to clarify the intent of H.B. 39 enacted during the 147th General Assembly session regarding bail procedures and court jurisdiction.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
