Adds definition of "school activity" to both SEED Scholarship program (§3402A) and Inspire Scholarship program (§3410A) as open house, curriculum night, parent-teacher conferences, holiday programs, or other school events where parents and community members are encouraged to attend.

Requires Department of Education to ensure all printed and electronic communications about school activities include information about the SEED Scholarship program, including announcements in programs, newsletters, e-newsletters, community newspapers, and websites.

Requires Department of Education to ensure all printed and electronic communications about school activities include information about the Inspire Scholarship program, with same communication methods as SEED program.

Mandates that when school officials make general announcements about school activities, information about both SEED and Inspire Scholarship programs must be included in those communications.

Requires each school district and charter/nonpublic high school to designate at least one SEED program contact person and at least one Inspire Scholarship program contact person (counselor or teacher) at each high school site.
