Allows professional licensing boards to recognize military training, education, and experience as substantially equivalent to state requirements when reviewing credentials and issuing licenses.

Extends license expiration timelines for active duty, activated Reserve, and National Guard members: 180 days after deployment return if no continuing education required, or 270 days if continuing education is required.

Permits service members and their spouses to apply for reinstatement of lapsed licenses within 2 years and to obtain provisional licenses for up to 6 months while applying for permanent licensure by endorsement or reciprocity.

Requires service members and spouses applying for extensions, reinstatement, or provisional licenses to submit official deployment verification and comply with all other licensure requirements established by their respective professional boards.
