Replaces the requirement for lobbyists to submit a written and signed employer authorization form with an electronic Employer Authorization form submitted to the Commission

Requires employers of lobbyists to electronically verify the employment and contents of the authorization form, rather than furnishing a physical written document

Maintains the 15 business day deadline for employers to verify authorization after a lobbyist registers with the Commission

For corporate employers, associations, or labor unions, an authorized officer or agent (who is not the lobbyist) must provide electronic verification to the Commission

Authorization must still include full legal names and business addresses of employer and lobbyist, authorized time period, and subjects of legislation, regulation, or administrative action being represented
