Removes the 6-month limitation on extensions of Family Court Protective Orders under Delaware Code Title 10, Section 1045(c)

Allows protective orders to be extended without a time limit when domestic violence has occurred since the original order's entry, a violation of the order has occurred, the respondent consents, or good cause is shown

Maintains existing requirements that extension hearings be scheduled within 30 days after proof of service on the respondent is filed

Preserves the ability for either party to file motions to extend or modify protective order terms, including emergency motions under applicable procedures
