Extends constable commission term from 1 year to 2 years under Delaware Code Title 10, Section 2704.

Maintains Board of Examiners authority to discharge constables for cause prior to term expiration, including conviction of crimes involving moral turpitude, felony conviction, fraud in obtaining commission, or gross negligence or incompetence.

Requires constables and their employers to immediately notify the Board of Examiners upon termination of employment.

Effective for any constable commission issued on or after January 1, 2015.

Reduces administrative burden of annual processing for both the State Police licensing division and the constable industry.
